CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved treatment fee or £50, whichever is greater.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your treatment. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment for another convenient time.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Where applicable, cancellation fees will be deducted from your deposit.
