FU’S SUBCUTANEOUS NEEDLING (FSN)

A SPECIALISED  NEEDLING TECHNIQUE

Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) is a specialised needling technique developed from traditional acupuncture principles. Unlike conventional acupuncture, needles are inserted superficially into the subcutaneous tissue and gently manipulated to address areas of tension and discomfort.

WHAT CAN FSN SUPPORT?

FSN is commonly used to support:

Pain & Musculoskeletal Conditions
Back pain · Neck & shoulder pain · Joint pain · Muscle tension ·

Sports-related discomfort

Restricted Movement
Stiffness ·

Reduced range of movement ·

Musculoskeletal tension

MY FSN TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

I trained directly under the founder of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling  (FSN),

Dr Fu Zhonghua, learning  the  most

authentic  FSN  technique  through direct mentorship. Over the years, I have  developed  extensive  clinical  experience and a deep understanding of  FSN,  particularly  for  pain and musculoskeletal conditions.

FSN uses specially designed needles inserted into the subcutaneous layer rather than directly into muscles or traditional acupuncture points. Gentle needle manipulation is combined with movement of the affected area.

You may notice a feeling of pulling, stretching or a change in the affected area during treatment. Your response is  monitored  throughout and the technique adjusted according to your comfort and response.
