DERMAL FILLERS

RESTORE, SUPPORT & REFINE YOUR NATURAL FEATURES

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore volume, improve the appearance of lines and folds, provide structural support and refine facial contours. Most Dermal filler are based on hyaluronic acid (HA),  fillers  come  in  different  densities,  cohesiveness and flexibility, allowing different products to be selected for different areas and purposes.

Filler can be used to restore lost volume and improve the appearance and proportions of areas such as the cheeks, mid-face, temples, lips, chin, jawline and around the mouth. Depending on where and how it is placed, it can soften lines and folds, enhance facial features, define contours or provide deeper structural support. Strategically placed filler can also create a subtle lifting effect, without the need to add obvious volume.

Filler can also be used in different ways depending on its density and properties. Firmer fillers may be used  for  deeper  structural  support  and  contouring,  while  lower-density,  more  fluid  fillers  can  be

administered using a skin-booster-style technique, with multiple small injections to improve fine lines, hydration and overall skin quality.

Good filler treatment requires more than injection technique. Aesthetic judgement, facial anatomy and technical skill all matter. Just as important is understanding what you want to achieve. I will discuss your features and preferences with you, advise what I feel would work best, and make sure we have a shared understanding of the desired result before treatment. The final treatment plan is something we agree on together.

The  type,  density,  amount  and  placement  of  filler  are  carefully  selected according to your individual anatomy and goals. Treatment may be performed using a fine needle or cannula, depending on the area and technique. Temporary swelling, tenderness, redness or bruising may occur after treatment.

Fillers can also be combined with other aesthetic treatments where appropriate — for example, wrinkle-relaxing treatment to reduce muscle activity, while filler provides structural support.

The aim is not to add as much volume as possible, but to restore balance, support and proportion

                       — enhancing your natural features while keeping you looking like yourself.
